Leda, the farm’s owner, will take you on a fascinating journey that begins directly from the olive groves on her Tuscanestate in Anghiari, where you can observe the olive trees and learn about the varieties that give rise to this fine oil. You’ll then continue to the oil mill, where she will explain how the olives are transformed into oil through traditional methods and modern processing techniques.

During the visit, you will have the opportunity to participate in a guided olive oil tasting, during which Leda, an expert oil taster, will teach you how to recognize a good extra virgin olive oil, distinguishing its characteristics through smell andtaste. You will discover the secrets of choosing the right bottle and how to appreciate the different nuances of taste that a high-quality oil can offer.

At the conclusion of the tour, you will enjoy baked goods prepared with extra virgin olive oil, Verna ancient wheat flours and sourdough. This Tuscan olive oil tasting is an experience that combines tradition, authentic flavors and passion for the land!
