Why take a cooking class at our agriturismo? I’m Giada, the owner of Le Ceregne Bio. I come from a family of farmers spanning five generations, and I’ve been learning to cook from my great-grandmother since I was six years old. For me, cooking is love, and I enjoy sharing this love with my guests by teaching them how to make homemade pasta, pizza, and sweet focaccia, using fresh, organic ingredients straight from our garden and fields.
What happens in a cooking class? In our cooking class in Tuscany for both children and adults, each family will have the opportunity to learn about the organic journey of the ingredients we use, including our wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, fresh tomatoes, and basil. Together, we’ll prepare traditional recipes, and at the end, we’ll enjoy a delicious tasting of what we’ve made, paired with our organic wine.

What Our Guests Are Saying:
“For my kids, this base in Tuscany was perfect with archery, biking, cats (lot’s of them), making perfect pasta and pizza in the cooking class.
Giada was a perfect host and it was great to sit with her after our cooking class and chat about what life in Tuscany is all about. Thank you for your hospitality!” – Praneeth
“The farm is beautiful and the proprietor and her employees were delightful. We took a cooking class on the farm that was fabulous and lots of fun. We also went for an olive oil tasting-and wine tasting that was arranged through the farm. I highly recommend staying here.” – Amalia
“Staying at Giada’s Le Ceregne Bio reserve was clearly the highlight of our trip to Italy. The organized a Cheese, Olive oil and wine experience for my family which we enjoyed very much. She also taught us to cook pasta and pizza at the cooking class. We loved every minute of our stay with Giada.” – Diana
