Terms and Conditions of Cancellation

To ensure a peaceful and well-organised stay for everyone, we invite you to read the following booking conditions. These are simple but important details, designed to help every guest make the most of their agriturismo experience.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 19:00.
Check-out is required by 10:00 on the day of departure.

If you expect to arrive before or after these times, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance so we can organise your welcome accordingly.

Late Arrival
For bookings with an arrival after 20:00, a supplement of €25.00 applies, payable directly at check-in.

Early Arrival
On request, it is possible to arrive at the property before check-in time and use the agriturismo’s common areas while waiting for your accommodation to be ready.

Luggage Storage
A free luggage storage service is available on the day of arrival and departure.

Property Access

The property is located within a private, fenced park, accessed through a gate. At check-in, guests are provided with an access code, which allows independent entry and exit throughout the duration of their stay.

To ensure a careful and punctual welcome, we kindly ask guests to always communicate their expected arrival time and, where possible, to respect the check-in hours.

Outside the scheduled hours, or in the absence of prior communication, it may not always be possible to guarantee immediate presence on site, as the agriturismo is also a family-run farm and we are often engaged in agricultural activities during the day. By planning together in advance, we can ensure a smooth and warm welcome for everyone.

Payment

• 30% at the time of booking confirmation
• Balance due 14 days before arrival

Accepted payment methods:

• bank transfer
• PayPal
• credit cards via Stripe payment system

The payment method can be chosen directly during the online booking process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a booking is always unfortunate, both for you and for us, as an accommodation may remain vacant despite other requests. However, we understand that unexpected events can occur; in the event of cancellation, we therefore ask you to contact us promptly.

Please note that:

• cancellations are accepted exclusively in writing (email to prenotazioni@leceregne.it)
• the reference date for calculating any penalties is the date of receipt of the cancellation notice

The following conditions apply:

• Up to 43 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit
• From 42 to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking cost charged
• From 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking cost charged
• Within the last 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking cost charged

For late arrivals, early departures or no-shows, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Voucher in Case of Rebooking

In the event that the accommodation is rebooked by another guest for the same period and under the same conditions, a voucher equal to the amount of the deposit paid may be issued, redeemable for a future stay.

The voucher:

• cannot be converted into cash
• is redeemable subject to availability
• is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

Booking Modifications

Bookings may be modified under the following conditions:

Mid Season
(March, April, May, October, November):

• Up to 15 days before arrival: dates may be changed without penalty. Any price differences will be applied based on the new period chosen.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: modifications are generally not possible. Any requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

High Season
(Easter, 25 April, 1 May, June, July, August, September):

• Up to 30 days before arrival: dates may be changed without penalty. Any price differences will be applied based on the new period chosen.
• Less than 29 days before arrival: modifications are generally not possible. Any requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Activities and Experiences

To ensure the best organisation of activities, we ask guests to indicate their experiences of interest during the online booking process, so we can plan our offerings as effectively as possible, especially during peak season.

Approximately 3 weeks before the start of the stay, we will send all guests a calendar of scheduled activities; from that point, it will be possible to confirm participation.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that guests take out travel insurance at the time of booking, to avoid any cancellation costs in the event that the stay cannot go ahead.

Useful Information

Tourist Tax
No tourist tax is currently applicable.

Parking Free
private parking is available within the property.

Pets
Pets are welcome. Their presence can be indicated directly during the online booking process; any additional costs are automatically calculated in the total booking amount.
